You can provide your landing page for us to send the registrations to. We also track every registration on a dedicated Notion page and share this page with you as soon as your event is launched.
What if someone registers but doesn’t attend?
Banzai Reach plays a significant role in your event's success, but it is limited to registrations. While we have products available to keep your event top-of-mind and encourage attendance, we cannot guarantee attendees. We anticipate an average of 33% attendance for net new prospects.
Where do you source your contacts?

Do we receive the contact information of everyone Reach invites to my event?
To comply with privacy regulations, we will only provide the information of people who register for your event.
How is this different than my internal sales team?
Banzai Reach leverages industry-leading data. While your internal sales team excels at engaging existing customers and pipelines, securing net new registrations requires a strategic outreach process. The Banzai platform acts as your dedicated outreach team, enabling Sales to focus on their core strengths.
What is the conversion rate to registration?
Similar to any other advertising platform, your conversion rates may vary on any given event. Across all campaigns run on Banzai Reach, we found our customers average a 1% conversion rate to registration for in-person events and 25% for virtual events.
How do we know the contact information is correct?
Once someone registers, we have a quality assurance process in place to make sure that the contact information is correct.

We send emails from a custom subdomain that your company owns.
Where can I start seeing the registrations for my event?
On the Campaign Tab, you can click on the 3 dots on your right side click next to the campaign name you'd want to view registration for, click on "View Campaign" and click on the "Leads" Tab.
How do I know the status of my event?
On the Campaign tab, you will see all the events that you or your team have entered. You can click on the campaign name you'd like to view or you can click on the 3 dots next to the campaign name > View Campaign. 
This will route you to a page with an overview of your campaign providing you details such as Status, Total Contacts, Contacted Contacts, Open Rate, Reply Rate, Total Leads, and Campaign Information.
