To kick off your campaign on Reach, please provide your sales executive with the email addresses of the team members that you need us to invite to the Banzai Reach application or you can just provide us with your email address and you can invite additional users later on.
Create a new Campaign/Event by clicking on the “Create Campaign” button in the sidebar. Users can also do this by navigating to the “Campaigns” section and then clicking “Create Campaign”.
While filling out the form users will be updated on their progress in the progress tracker on the left side of the form.
When users have reached the last page of the campaign form click “Submit” to create the campaign.
We ask you to add events at least 4 to 5 weeks before the event date for a successful campaign launch. Estimated registrations are reduced by half if a campaign is launched less than 4 weeks before your event.
You can add in-person events, webinars, and on-demand webinars. If you're creating an on-demand webinar event, you will be able to add the recording URL when creating the Campaign.
What happens after I enter my event?
Once you submit the above form, we start creating domains and inboxes as well as generating your audience list based on the criteria entered. We'll work to prepare outreach scripts as well.
Can we use our main domain for outreach? Using your main domain would introduce too much risk and can lead to your domain ending up on a blacklist. That's why we require a sub-domain or a vanity domain for the outreach -- to mitigate this risk for you.
What's covered in your outreach emails? We include the most important information in the scripts and can adjust depending on your preference. It's important to include details relevant to new prospects, such as keynote speakers, incentives or giveaways, CPE credits, and so on. You can submit your email copy if you'd like to!
Please keep in mind that setting up a new custom domain requires a 2 weeks process.
Once your event is launched, you will start seeing registration in the Banzai Reach Application.
